U.S. Attorney General Announces Reforms To Federal Law Enforcement Policies

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder announced today that federal law enforcement policies will undergo revisions in response to an overcrowded prison system. Speaking to members of the American Bar Association in San Francisco this morning, Holder said too many low-level offenders are occupying federal prisons and announced reforms to reduce prison occupancy without neglecting public safety.
