Internet Privacy Activists Rally to "Restore the 4th"

Several hundred Bay Area citizens skipped 4th of July parades, barbeques, and relaxation in order to rally to “Restore the 4th,” as in the 4th amendment. Lawyers, activists, senior citizens, and individuals working in the tech industry, chanted, carried witty picket signs, and gave speeches as they marched from San Francisco's civic center to Embarcadero to protest the national security agency's spying on American citizens. Largely organized through the social media website, Reddit, this demonstration was just one of many taking place today in over 100 cities across the country. Arielle Zionts reports:
