A group of Occidental College students have filed a complaint with the federal Education Department's Office of Civil Rights against the university, alleging "deliberate indifference" to reports of rape. Alleged rape victims, their attorney and supportive faculty spoke out to the press. Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
