An Asian Pacific American labor group and a Chinatown community organization have sued the city of Los Angeles to stop the building of a Walmart grocery and pharmacy in Chinatown. The groups contend that the community was illegally ignored when planning officials issued permits to Walmart. Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
