Thousands of Los Angeles County workers pressed for raises today during the unveiling of a balanced budget at a meeting of the County's Board of Supervisors. It's the first balanced budget in five years and county workers say they're due a wage increase after years of staying silent and partnering with the County to stay fiscally responsible.
