S.F Clean Power Costs Debated

San Francisco Officials have delayed a decision on how much electricity customers should pay for a new renewable energy program. Clean Energy S-F is scheduled to begin on October, enrolling customers in the alternative clean energy program unless they opt to stay with PG&E. The San Francisco public utilities commission and the local Agency Formation Commission held a joint hearing Monday to discuss utility rates for the new program. Christopher Martinez reports from San Francisco.
