Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and other supermarkets will not sell genetically modified salmon, even if it is approved by the Food and Drug Administration. That was the announcement made by a coalition of environmental and consumer advocacy groups. They welcomed the commitment from stores, as the battle with the Food and Drug Administration over genetically modified salmon draws to an end.
