Some state lawmakers are making a push to support comprehensive immigration reform, calling it “one of the most important human rights issues of our time”. A bipartisan group of State Senators and Assembly members is backing a resolution to urge Congress and President Barak Obama to support immigration changes that would include a path to citizenship for undocumented residents.
