Federal Health Law Leaves Loophole for Students

A U.C. student whose brain cancer treatment cost more than his student health insurance would pay for is pushing for changes in how the University of California insures its students. The issue has caught the attention of a Sacramento lawmaker. Assemblymember and pediatrician Richard Pan is introducing a bill to close a loophole in the new Federal health insurance law. Christopher Martinez reports from Sacramento.
