Developmental disabilities activists in the East Bay are urging lawmakers to rebuild services that have been devastated by years of budget cuts. The East Bay Developmental Disabilities Legislative Coalition held a town hall meeting in Oakland to tell their stories, and to urge lawmakers to help them re-build programs and services.
