Community activists and city union workers hopped on a bus and took a tour of blighted neighborhoods in Los Angeles today. The tour is part of a campaign to raise awareness of how poorly maintained most bank-owned foreclosed homes are in the city, despite efforts to force banks to clean up their properties.
