Oyster Company Fights for Place in Federal Wilderness

A family-owned business in Marin County is suing the Federal Secretary of the Interior and the National Park Service in a case that could set precedents for how business and wilderness could co-exist. Lawyers for the Drakes Bay Oyster Company made their case in a Federal court in Oakland Friday, urging a judge to let the company keep running its business past a mid-March eviction order from the federal government.
