Calls for Limits on Special Interest Campaign Spending in Los Angeles

At a forum Wednesday night for candidates running for the Los Angeles' Mayor's office, one candidate has called for a pledge to reduce the influence of special interest money. City council member Eric Garcetti pressed front-runner City Controller Wendy Greuel to agree to a pledge styled after one used by Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren against her opponent, former Senator Scott Brown.
