Assemblymember Wants Bullet Control Law

State lawmakers are beginning their new session in Sacramento with a new Democratic majority, and a raft of new ideas on issues ranging from the up-coming state budget to the controversial arena of gun control. Bay Area Assemblymember Nancy Skinner is pushing a gun control measure targeting the un-regulated sale of bullets, in the hope of reducing gun violence and mass killings like the recent school massacre at Sandy Hook elementary school in Connecticut. Christopher Martinez reports from Oakland.
