California State University trustees have pulled back from a proposal to hike fees for certain students, days after an election victory that will prevent a 250 million dollar cut to the CSU system. The university trustees removed the proposal from the agenda for their Tuesday meeting in Long Beach, but activists warn the proposal could come back later. Christopher Martinez reports.
