Toxic Waste Dump Busted for 72 Violations

The California Department of Toxic Substances Control today announced an enforcement action against the ChemWaste toxic dump near the valley town of Kettleman City. The DTSC reports that the facility had 72 violations for toxic waste spills over the past four years and the failed to report them. The agency is working with the state Attorney General to assess substantial fines and other enforcement actions. Vic Bedoian reports from Fresno.
