Elections in California’s newly drawn Congressional districts could decide the balance of power in the House of Representatives. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is allocating $3.3 million into several California Congressional races by running television ads in support of Republican candidates. The business lobbying group has come under fire from citizen watchdog groups because all the money is from undisclosed sources. Critics call it “Dark Money” and it’s the result of the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision. Vic Bedoian reports from Fresno.
