The California Labor Federation and other labor groups have announced their endorsement for proposition 39, an initiative on the November ballot that would raise taxes on out-of-state corporations doing business in California. Labor and political leaders met in Los Angeles to announce the endorsement. Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports.
