Berkeley Activists Blast Sale of Historic Post Office

Berkeley residents lined up to blast plans to sell the down-town post office building, an historic landmark built in 1914. The U.S Postal Service wants to sell the building as part of its plans to meet financial debts created by Congress to pre-pay retirement obligations, but opponents call it a plan to privatize public services.
