Youth Justice Activists Call for a Moratorium on Suspensions

After six years of struggle, youth justice advocates in Los Angeles are celebrating the passage of SB 9 through the California legislature. It's part of their effort to end what they call the "School to Prison Pipeline." Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
