Hundreds of angry residents attended Chevron’s town hall meeting in Richmond Tuesday night. The oil company called the meeting after a huge fire at its Richmond refinery released a giant plume of toxic smoke over the San Francisco Bay Area. Several hundred people sought medical attention after Monday’s explosion. Sally Schilling reports.
