Protesters Target Corporations for Dodging State Taxes

A coalition of community groups and union members protested inside the lobby of Sempra Energy's headquarters in downtown Los Angeles' Gas Company Tower. About a hundred protesters told Sempra to start paying its fair share of taxes, as part of a state-wide effort to put corporations on notice that their free ride under California's tax system is coming to an end. The groups are pushing for the state legislature to pass AB 2439, which would require corporations to disclose what they pay in state taxes. Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
