Lawmaker Takes Aim at Corporate Tax Loophole

Democratic Assemblymember Nancy Skinner of Berkeley wants to stop what she calls the “$100 million dollar stagecoach robbery of California’s taxpayers.” She joined supporters in Oakland to push a measure to block new tax break that would let corporations get tax refunds from past years for new business losses.
