Governor Jerry Brown spoke in front of a San Francisco middle school Wednesday. The visit is the latest stop in his tour around the state to promote his tax measure, Proposition 30. The governor told teachers the proposition will save California schools from billions of dollars in cuts this year. Sally Schilling reports.
