A Humboldt County nurse and free speech activist scored a victory when the District Attorney was forced to dismiss charges against her. Registered nurse Patricia Kanzler was arrested and charged with violating a hastily passed and much criticized “urgency ordinance” which restricted first amendment activity on the courthouse grounds.
