A three-judge panel of the Second District State Appeals Court has ruled unanimously that Los Angeles County's ban on medical marijuana dispensaries is illegal. The ban affected the county's unincorporated areas and has led to the closure of dozens of dispensaries. Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
