Nurses from across California rallied outside the Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Oakland today in support of Sutter Health registered nurses. Nurses say the hospital chain is demanding dozens of concessions that will erode health care conditions and nursing standards. The proposed cuts come as the Oakland Summit Center builds a 300 million dollar addition. Alex Kekauoha reports from Oakland.
