Ten people were arrested outside Governor Jerry Brown's office in a protest over the governor's plans to cut nearly a quarter of a billion dollars to in home support services for seniors and people with disabilities. Protesters promised to be back as lawmakers hammer out a final budget deal by the Friday deadline. Aileen Alfandary has more.
