Mexicans File Suit Against Electoral institute

A group of Mexican nationals has filed suit against the Mexican agency that manages voting abroad. The lawsuit was brought by residents of Canada and the US who claim the Institute for Mexicans Abroad is ineffective and corrupt.
They also say the agency is rife with irregularities and is guilty of favoritism for the ruling party’s candidate in next month’s presidential elections.
Pacifica KPFK’s Ernesto Arce has more from Los Angeles.
