Climate Experts Detail a Hot Mid-21st Century Los Angeles

A groundbreaking study by climate experts predicts Los Angeles will have 2 to 6 times the number of super hot days per year. And overall temperatures will rise by four to five degrees by 2050. The City of Los Angeles commissioned the project with funding from the federal Department of Energy. City leaders say they're already starting to prepare for hotter weather.
