California's same sex marriage ban, Proposition 8, has moved one step closer to consideration by the U.S. Supreme Court. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has refused to rehear the case. Earlier this year a three judge panel of the court ruled Prop 8 unconstitutional. Tina Bachemin reports.
