Attorneys for University of California regents were in court today to request a preliminary injunction against members of the "Occupy the Farm" activists who took over a plot of land in Albany at the Gill Tract last month. The University of California, which owns the land and uses it for agricultural research, says it's not open to the public and accuses the urban gardeners of trespassing.
