California's legislative analyst says Governor Jerry Brown's May budget proposal, the "May Revise" makes reasonable estimates about the state's budget problems and projected revenues. He also suggests the state could put less money in a rainy day fund. Lawmakers will be struggling to close a projected 15.7 billion dollar budget gap.
