California Voters To Decide on Modifying Term Limits

California voters will decide next week whether to modify the term limits which have been in effect for the past 22 years. Proposition 28 would decrease the length of time that a lawmaker could serve in the California legislature from 14 to 12 years. But lawmakers could serve their entire term in one chamber.
