Teamsters Challenge Anti-Union Ballot Measure

Unionized workers have opened up a campaign to stop a November ballot initiative they say is masquerading as fair campaign finance reform, but would severely cripple unions' political spending. Its critics charge that the proposition is being pushed by the same conservative group behind the case that resulted in the Citizens United Supreme Court decision. That rulingt opened the flood gates for independent expenditures and Super PACs. Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
