A report by a U.C. Davis task force says the decision to pepper spray seated Occupy student protesters last November was objectively unreasonable and not authorized by campus policies. This afternoon hundreds of students gathered to ask questions of the task force that drafted the report. Brian Edwards-Tiekert was there and spoke with Pacifica Evening News anchor John Hamilton about the report and reaction to it on the U.C. Davis campus.
