A federal judge has ordered the F.B.I. to turn over evidence from the 1990 car bombing of Earth First environmental activists Judi Bari and Darryl Cherney. Bari was severely injured by the explosion while she and Cherney were driving through Oakland to promote a planned summer of activities to protest Northern California forests. The F.B.I. wants to destroy the evidence. Alex Kekauoha filed this report.
