The proposed downtown Los Angeles football stadium known as Farmer's Field is one step closer to construction today. Developer AEG has released a 10,000 page Environmental Impact Report. In the report, concerns residents in the area had aired to the City Council were confirmed: heavy traffic to the area and light from signs planned for the property will have an impact.
