Consumer Groups Near Deadline For Health Insurance Initiative

Consumer advocates are making a final push for a ballot initiative to reign in spiraling health insurance costs. The moves comes a day before a scheduled May 1 health insurance rate hike for a million Californians -- what the advocates call the "May Million." Christopher Martinez reports from San Francisco.
