L.A. School Board Proposals Would Address Sexual Misconduct

Los Angeles Unified School District officials unveiled two proposals this morning that they say would better protect students from sexual predators. Seven district teachers have been arrested in a string of high-profile sexual misconduct cases this year. Now, several board members want rule changes that will make it easier to dismiss staff members who have been accused of misconduct. Ernesto Arce has more from Los Angeles.
