Critics Denounce LAPD Spy Order

Los Angeles activists held a forum over the weekend to discuss their opposition to LAPD Special Order 11.The department ordinance allows officers to observe and gather
intelligence on non-criminal actions that appear suspicious. Former LAPD Chief William Bratton approved the order in 2008 to prepare the city’s law enforcement for situations that could lead to instability. Ernesto Arce reports from Los Angeles.
