Alameda County defended its ban on gunshows at the Pleasanton fairgrounds. The hearing at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals took place before an 11 judge panel. It was asked to overturn the decision of an earlier three judge panel which ruled in favor of Alameda County. Brian Edwards-Tiekert reports.
