S.F. Considers Changes For Public Financing Of Campaigns

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors will consider changes to the existing rules for the public financing of local campaigns. The Rules Committee heard recommendations from the San Francisco Ethics Commission and the public on how best to make public financing conform to the U.S. Supreme Court's "Citizens United" ruling. That decision opened the floodgates to unlimited corporate campaign spending. Tina Bachemin reports from San Francisco.
