Advocates of mandatory condom use on porn sets have launched a new countywide effort to qualify an initiative for the ballot. Last week, AIDS activists qualified an initiative for the city ballot. But, that initiative faces legal challenges from a city attorney arguing it's the state's job. Dan Fritz files this report.
