California's Democratic Senate leader has put Governor Jerry Brown on notice he may face a fight in his proposal for further cuts to programs for low income state residents. Brown has proposed cutting 1.4 billion dollars more from welfare and child care in a budget plan already being criticized for projecting overly optimistic revenues. Christopher Martinez reports.
