New Lawsuit Targets Prop 13 Supermajority Requirement For New Taxes

A new lawsuit has been filed to overturn California's Proposition 13. Prop 13 is the 70's era voter-approved initiative that lowered property taxes and added new barriers for tax increases, including raising the legislative voting requirement to raise taxes.
