Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca says he will create a task force to address the problem of wrongful incarceration in L.A. County jails. Baca's move comes in response to a Los Angeles Times investigation that found nearly 1500 people mistaken for someone else were wrongly imprisoned over the last five years -- sometimes more than once.
