An initiative to require condom-use on adult film sets has qualified for the city of Los Angeles June ballot.It's a successful push by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation's efforts to stamp out the disease that continues to spread in porn shoots, with 10 HIV cases reported in Los Angeles County over the past 6 years. But the ballot measure faces an unusual opponent: City Attorney Carmen Trutanich argues the city doesn't have the power to require condom use. Dan Fritz reports.
