A federal judge is considering arguments he heard today in U.S. District Court in San Francisco in the case of a federal court employee who is challenging her employer's decision to deny her the right to include her same sex spouse in her family health benefits plan. The employer is basing the decision on the Defence of Marriage Act, or DOMA. Max Pringle reports.
