Health Secretary Nixes Plan B Availability

Women's health groups are condemning the Obama Administration for overruling the Food and Drug Administration's recommendation to make the Plan B morning after pill available without a prescription. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said she was concerned young teenagers wouldn't properly understand how to use the medication without guidance from an adult. But women's health groups say it was a political decision in a presidential election year. Sally Schilling reports.
